Artwork is considered "camera ready" when it can be used for prepress and printing without the need for adjustments that may incur added fees or result in delays.
When supplying art, please refer to the following guidlines. If you have any questions, please call or e-mail us. We are readyt to help you with anything you may need.
VECTOR ART REQUIREMENTS
Vector artwork files (preferred) must be saved to at least Adobe Illustrator CS3 or CorelDRAW X4. Save as an .eps, .ai, .cdr or .pdf file. All text fields must be converted to outlines or curves to prevent font substitutions.
Include a printed proof (fax or .pdf file are acceptable) of your design with color designations. All objects must have at least a 1pt line thickness for proper print quality. All images must be sent at 100% desired size.
If the vector file includes any placed raster images (such as scans, jpegs, etc), those images must meet or exceed our requirements for resolution when rendered at 100%. They must be attached with and not embedded in the original vector file.
NON-USABLE ARTWORK FILES
Jpegs are often not usable. However, they may be digitally recreated by our art department for use in screen printing.
Some hourly art fees may apply, depending on the extent of the project. Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point files are non-usable, unless name lists are being used.
Please contact our art department for any artwork submissions:
